Subscribing to ZeetaMax

ZeetaMax is a 3rd Party product which integrates with WorkflowMax. ZeetaMax is comprised of a number of different modules, with more modules added all the time. ZeetaMax modules are availble by subscription.

Some modules are offered on a per-organisation subscription, and others on a per-user basis. Subscription is offered on a per-month or a per-year basis, with a discount for annual subscription.

1. Get started To get started with ZeetaMax, head to https://zeetamax.com and click the register button.

2. Enter details Enter details for yourself and your company:

• Company Name
• Your Name
• Your Email
• Password

3. Verify Email An email will then be sent to you asking you to verify your email.

Once your email adderss is verified the screen will automatically advance

4. Link to WorkflowMax The next step is to link your ZeetaMax account to your WorkflowMax instance. Ensure that the account used to log into WorkflowMax at this stage has the "Allow 3rd Party Integrations" permission set inside WorkflowMax.

4. Choose Modules Choose which module or modules you would like to subscribe to.

• Module which are for the whole organisaiton have an on/off toggle.
• Modules which are for indivividual users have a numerical number.

You only need to purchase enough individual modules for the users who will use them. You will assign modules to users inside the app. You can increase or decrease the number at any stage.

5. Billing Choose how you would like to be billed for your ZeetaMax subscription. Subscribing monthly gives the flexability to change at any stage, while Annual billing will give you two months free. You can switch from annual to monthly billing at any stage.

6. Checkout

Add your credit card details and click Pay.

Congratulations, you are now able to use ZeetaMax.
