ZeetaMax is undergoing rapid development. Here is a list of features that are currently in development or planned for the future.

  • Webforms - Create a webform for your website that integrates directly with WorkflowMax allowing you to directly capture leads and customer information into WorkflowMax.

Current Development (Q2 2025)

  • Google Workspace Integration - Integrate with Google Email to easily create new clients, contacts, leads, and jobs in WorkflowMax. It also features the ability to pull up client, contact, lead and job information from WorkflowMax directly in Gmail.

  • Projects Dashboard - Projects Dashboard collates information from across WorkflowMax and presents it in a meaningful way.
  • Capacity Planner - Capacity planning adds a much-needed feature to WorkflowMax. It allows you to plan out the capacity of your team by scheduling services to be delivered on specific months using the intuitive interface.
  • Costs Manager - Allow staff to input costs and reconcile against bank statement lines directly into WorkflowMax AND Xero.
  • Easy Timesheets - The easiest way to complete timesheets
  • Lead Management - The light-weight way to manage leads that provides everything your business needs and nothing it doesn't.
  • Task Management - Allow staff to plan their own work and track progress against WorkflowMax tasks.
  • Power tools - A suite of tools that allow you to perform tasks which are difficult inside WorkflowMax.
  • Management Reporting - A suite of reports that allow you to see how your business is performing.
